Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated 26 August 2026
Levich Academy is sold as a single yearly subscription that renews automatically. This page explains how to cancel it and when a refund applies. It is short because the rules are simple.
Try it before you pay
The first day of the course is free once you sign in, the full lesson and its problems, not a preview. It is there so you can see exactly what the subscription is before paying for it, which is the fairest form of refund policy there is.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling turns off the next automatic renewal; it does not end the subscription immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Access is granted immediately and the material is digital, so the yearly fee is generally non-refundable once the subscription is active. There are two exceptions, and we apply them in good faith:
- Within 7 days of your first charge. If you subscribed by mistake or changed your mind, and you have not made substantial use of the course, write to us within seven days and we will refund it in full.
- An unwanted renewal. If an automatic yearly renewal charges you and you contact us within 7 days without having used the new period, we will cancel it and refund that charge. To avoid this entirely, turn off auto-renew before the renewal date.
Outside these cases we do not refund part-used subscriptions, because access to the whole course was available for the whole period.
How a refund is made
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Once approved, they are usually processed within 5–7 working days, though how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.
How to reach us
For a cancellation you cannot complete yourself, or a refund under the cases above, email contact@levich.co from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge so we can find it quickly. See also our terms and pricing.
