Shipping and exchange policy

Levich Academy is a fully digital service. There is no physical product, so nothing is ever shipped, and there is nothing to exchange. This page says so plainly.

Delivery

Access is delivered instantly and digitally. Once you sign in, and, for the paid course, once your subscription is active, the lessons, the problems and the playground are available immediately in your browser. There is no shipment, no tracking, and no delivery time beyond “right away”. Everything runs on your own device; nothing is posted to an address.

Exchange

Because there is no physical item, there is nothing to exchange or return. If something is wrong with your access or your subscription, the right pages are our cancellation and refund policy and, for anything else, contact us.
